Australian vegan snooker player Neil Robertson has won one of the most prestigious competitions in the world, The Masters – for a second time.
The 39-year-old former world champion and No.1 took home the trophy last week.

This year, The Masters took place at Alexandra Palace in London, UK. In the final, he beat Barry Hawkins 10-4 since opening with a 5-3 lead, BBC Sport reports.
Now, Robertson becomes the tenth player to have won the competition more than once. For his victory, he takes home £250,000 in prize money.
The champion told the BBC: “With the players I have had to beat, it has to be right up there. Every match has thrown up a lot of challenges.”

In 2014, Robertson told Great Vegan Athletes that he had begun eating a plant-based diet to “get the most out of my career.”
Some of his top meals involved daily carrot juices, six banana smoothies, and a “huge” bag of kale for breakfast.
A key influence in helping make the switch was Peter Ebdon, a fellow professional snooker player, and vegan. Since ditching animal products Robertson said he’s “not looked back since.”
He told the BBC seven years ago: “I used to feel very tired during tournaments. I was drinking four or five coffees per day and felt I needed more.
“Now I’m able to practice an awful lot more without getting tired.”
