Award-winning plant-based cooks Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, aka the BOSH! Boys, have announced the launch of their third cookbook: How To Live Vegan.

Released on October 3, the upcoming book is aimed at ‘anyone considering a vegan lifestyle but isn’t sure where to start’ with topics including nutrition, store cupboard essentials, food labeling, alcohol, takeaways, fashion, beauty, travel, food packaging, and meal prep.

‘A big difference’

In a statement sent to Plant Based News, the duo, who have published two Sunday Times bestselling vegan cookbooks, said: “When we went vegan four years ago, we couldn’t believe how many animal products were ingrained into our daily lives.

“Not just in our food, but in our cleaning products, our clothes and even in our shampoo. We’ve written this book for anyone who wants to know more about a vegan lifestyle and how they can make small changes to make a big difference”

How To Live Vegan also tackles contentious questions within the vegan movement, such as: “Is the wax on avocados vegan? Is it acceptable to wear leather if you’re vegan? How do you approach a dinner party with non-vegan friends?”
